Whoop de doop ... hey hey hey .... Managed to get to weightwatchers on my buggy todayBigGrin

It is 4 weeks, a spell in hospital and a foot I can't walk on, since I was weighed and I lost
Five and a half pounds ThumpUp

So I am mighty pleased with myself. My tracking went for a burton for at least 2 weeks because I was feeling so tired and yuck. Only another pound and I will have lost 2.5 stones in total. I really MUST work hard this week to get to that goal. (I hasten to say that I don't mean my 'goal weight'. That is so far in the dim and distant future that I don't even think about it)!

Hope you are all big losers too LOL

Ann

Wow, I thought we'd lost this thread when the forum changed over.

Well done everyone.

I've joined our local council gym and after having the induction I'm hoping to get into some sort of shape (well a better one than the one I am now) ThumpUp

Keep up the great work folks

Every one seems to be doing really well, only just started at weight watchers and just joined this thread.

Well, lost 2 more pounds, makes 5 pounds in 2 weeks..........way, hay!

Measured myself too and lost 4 and a half inches total so feeling a bit smug actually!!

Probably stop or put it on again by next weigh in :(

Hubby loving the weight watchers dinners and made some breakfast bars, big hit all round.

Well done everyone!

I am afraid even though it is Lent, Mark has managed to not lose any this week!

And he ate all my sea salt crisps and the guacamole dip I made! sob sob...LOL

Finally made that half stone mark. Lost a pound this week and got my 5th silver 7 at Weightwatchers. That's two and a half stone gone ! Can't believe it - it's as much as a little person Confused Where does it all go ???

Everyone is doing very well. You are all a great support to me and each other. Let's keep going while we can. BigGrin
